Because sometimes steam likes to redownload files if it does not see them.
:( You Might Need to Go To Dragon Nest's Official Site and ReDownload the Game there and give it a go. When I press Game Start after that, nothing loads, no Xigncode, no game window, which is the same thing it did before I placed the new folders. (I did) After that I ran the game through steam, Xigncode loads, the game window comes up but it crashes shortly after (before and/or after the Eyedentity logo shows up) I also tried running the DNLauncher from the file origin, as administrator, but it doesn't bring up the window to connect to Steam server.
I had to go through steam to find the local files, went into Dragon Nest, XIGNCODE, and pasted it into there, prompting me to replace the old ones. Originally posted by Squirvizard:It didn't work for me unfortunately.
